I had too many delicious organic apples on my counter and decided to make some delicious clean eating slow cooker cinnamon apples in my crock pot. My house smells so incredible! The great thing about this recipe is that it highlights the yumminess of the apples with no sugar added- keeping it very “clean”!
Clean Eating Slow Cooker Cinnamon Apples Recipe
- 1 pound organic apples
- 1/2 T cinnamon
- 1/2 t cloves
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1 cup water
Skin and core all the apples. Place in the slow cooker with spices. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2 – 2.5 hours.
